Sometimes we get asked to make a little box to put a little gift into

This week we were asked can we make a little wooden gift box for one of our handmade iron dice, the larger 25mm size. No problem, we can do that, as long as you are happy with a rustic handmade style. Roger made this from an offcut of native Jarrah hardwood, inside it has a little recess knocked out and the top and bottom are joined by a little hinge. A small metal plate is added to the hinge at the back and this would be a perfect place to add a hand-engraved message.
