Not happy with your order?
Please note, these items are hand-made. There may be minor variations from the photographed products displayed in our shop. However the photographs and product description accurately reflect the materials used, quality of production, size & shape of what you can expect to receive.
If you are unhappy with the goods you receive:
- Please advise us ASAP via email.
- Post the item back to us within 10 days using a trackable bag or courier. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to us.
- As soon as we receive the returned item we will contact you to arrange replacement or refund.
A full refund on the cost of the product (excluding postage) is possible as long as the following applies:
You must advise us via email, and then return the item back to us within 10 days in perfect condition. When we have received it and are happy with the condition, a refund will be made. We will email you a notification once your return has been processed.
