Your order will be scheduled in our production queue as soon as you place it. Many of our smaller items are held in stock or can be made very quickly and are often shipped within 48 hours. Fireplace & firepit tools, pizza oven tools and Jewellery Boxes are made to order and it may be up to a week before these are shipped.
If you've provided us with a due date, we will do our very best to make & supply your order within your timeframe. In most cases we are able to meet deadlines, however we cannot guarantee all delivery dates if time is short. You can leave us a message in the Customer Note box. In peak busy times, it's best to give us as much time as possible - if you have concerns about production time, please contact us and we'll advise you of availability and estimated delivery date.
If you'd like to receive your order in quickest possible time, please be aware of shipping times and shipping options. We've provided full details including Parcel Post -v- Express Post information - please take the time to read HERE and do choose Express Post at checkout if you want to shave at least a week off the delivery time.

If for any reason art2iron is unable to fill your requested order you will be notified as soon as possible via email and we will make a payment reversal if payment has been processed.
Our pieces are entirely hand-made, no two are absolutely identical but are very similar to the photographs.
If you have selected Engraving as an add-on to your order, or if the item you are purchasing has engraving included, you can advise us what your engraved message is in the Customer Note box. Note: If the item you are interested in doesn't have an Engraving Selector option, then we can't engrave on that item.
You have 2 opportunities to send us a message, one Customer Note box is situated directly above the add to cart button. If you miss this, or you think of additional info you'd like to include after leaving the product page, there is also another Customer Note box at checkout.

Paypal / Credit Card / Debit Card: You can pay using funds in your PayPal account OR pay using your credit or debit card through the PayPal interface. If you don't have a PayPal account and would like to use a card, simply click on "pay with credit or debit card " below the PayPal login form (see example below). PayPal accepts the 4 credit cards pictured below.
Bank Transfer: If you select Bank Transfer, our bank account details will be displayed to you as well as included in an email message. Please be aware that your bank will take 24 hours before transferring the funds to our account and therefore, we may have to wait before despatching your order, so please make your payment promptly so that we can despatch your item as quickly as possible.

We use Australia Post and parcels are individually coded and tracked. You will have the choice of selecting Parcel Post or Express Post.
IMPORTANT: we recommend you select Express Post, which goes by Air and generally takes 2-3 days for East Coast destinations. Parcel Post goes by Road and we are situated in the south west of Western Australia. Parcel Post deliveries will not reach the East Coast of Australia in less than 10 business days (and can be considerably more). We cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries. Due to the unpredictable nature of road transport - and especially if you have a deadline or a due date - please select Express Post.
